2008-2009 Information

There will be a Preview Week for new swimmers Monday, August 25 - Thursday, August 28 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at McCallie.   This week will be a mini-clinic in which we will teach the stroke drills used in Scenic City and help us evaluate and place the swimmers.  Clinic practices are 5:30-6:30 p.m. for all groups Monday - Thursday of this week.  Everyone will start back Tuesday, September 2.

       

We will have a parents meeting for new parents on Monday, August 25 at 5:30 p.m. at McCallie.

New for Fall -

2008-2009 Billing

    When registering your swimmer(s), please pay the registration fees only.  You will receive a bill by the 10th of each month (starting October 10th) for the previous month.  Billing taken from the attendance rosters - if you have questions about your bill please contact Coach Meszaros at jmeszaros@gps.edu

    Please return the top portion of the statement with a check. 

    Make separate checks for all meet entries, goggles, fins - this money goes into different accounts.

   Meet dues should be turned in along with the meet entry form.

Saturday Clinic Offered for Superstars & Home School Group -

 Our Saturday Clinics are now for the Blue group, Green group, Superstars, & Home School Groups - take advantage of these great practices.

Multiple swimmer discount

    1st Swimmer - USA Registration + Team Registration + Monthly fee

    2nd Swimmer - USA Registration + Team Registration + Monthly fee

    3rd Swimmer - USA Registration + Team Registration + 1/2 Monthly fee

    4th and more - USA Registration + 1/2 Monthly fee

**The highest group will always be the 1st swimmer, so the 1/2 price would be for the lowest groups.**

February 7 - Intersquad meet at McCallie

February 21 & 22 - District Championship Meet 

We will need volunteers to help run great meets this season!

Uniform Ordering

We will order a majority of our outfitting from Swim - N - Tri of Knoxville.  More info coming soon.
