USA Swimming Nationals - Pysche Sheet - SwimNetwork.com (there will be a live webcast and video) - Sean Ryan will compete at Nationals August 3-7 in Irvine, CA.
2010 Sprint Triathlon Class Information - Tri-class will meet rain or sun. *Remember no practice on Fridays* Meet at the GPS pool to swim first. Bring your bike, helmut, and running shoes. Be sure to bring something to drink (it has been a little warm outside). Bikes can be left upstairs - please be careful to help keep the building clean (make sure you do not bring dirt and mud into the building). Come join the party (always a party practicing with Coach Roger!).

Annual 4th of July (on Saturday, July 3 this year) Scenic City Brunch / Vortex Challenge / Age group Water Basketball game - The 2010 celebration was a huge success! Thank you to all the parents and swimmers for making this a great day to spend with teammates. Looking forward to regaining my form in 2011.
